Jarret Berenstein

Jarret Berenstein is a New York based writer, comedian and producer. He has performed and developed comedy in a variety of mediums - focusing at times on either improv, sketch or stand up. As an improviser he has performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, the People’s Improv Theater, and the Magnet Theater where he is on one of their oldest house teams, Junior Varsity. As a sketch writer he has produced a number of comedic shorts, and his one man sketch show, BOOSH KLA-KLAU, was given a Time Out NY Critics' Pick and won the Best Solo Show award at the LA Comedy Festival. As a stand up comedian he can be seen regularly around NYC. He most recently performed at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland OR, the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, and the NC Comedy Arts Festival.
